1. Introduction

Welcome to Kazuri Host. By using our web hosting, domain registration, and related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“ToS”) and all applicable laws in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation in the DRC or internationally.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
  • Host, distribute, or share content that is illegal, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Kazuri Host will handle your personal information according to applicable DRC privacy laws.
  • We may collect and use personal data to provide and improve our Services.
  • We will not sell your data to third parties without your consent.

8. Liability

  • Kazuri Host is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime.
  • You are responsible for backing up your data.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
  • Kazuri Host reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this ToS.
  • Upon termination, any unpaid fees remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kinshasa.

11. Changes to Terms

Kazuri Host may update these ToS at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
